BarPrepTactics 1-on-1 Silver Plan Personalized Tutoring Package Consists of ALL of the Following:

A 1-On-1 Introductory Session with BarPrep expert and instructor Kim, where she will work with the applicant to brainstorm the most effective bar exam preparation strategy based upon a brief analysis of applicant’s bar exam goals, applicant’s bar exam strengths and weaknesses, prior bar exam preparation work (if any), applicant’s intended bar exam test-taking date(s), consider any potential outside commitments, and address any other relevant factors.
Flexible Scheduling of 1-On-1 Tutoring Sessions. This option and package is designed to focus specifically on applicant’s individual bar exam preparation needs, providing flexibility and the option to schedule 1-on-1 tutoring sessions as needed.
Access to Course Materials on a 1-On-1 Basis. Applicant will be provided with all the relevant course and study materials for the specific MBE or essay-subject covered throughout the 1-on-1 tutoring session.
BarPrepTactics Essay-Structuring Blueprint. Applicants will be provided with BarPrepTactics Essay-Structuring Blueprint to proper essay-writing for all the 17 essay subjects tested on the writing portion of the exam. This includes a 1-on-1 detailed analysis of issues and rules tested on all the specific topics and areas within each subject, proper formatting, essay-writing structure, and learning the various shortcuts for maximum efficiency on the writing portion of the exam.

BarPrepTactics 1-on-1 Gold Plan Personalized Tutoring Package Consists of ALL of the Following:

A Detailed 1-On-1 Session with BarPrep expert Kim where she and applicant will work together to brainstorm the most effective exam preparation strategy based upon a detailed analysis and assessment of applicant’s bar exam goals, any specific exam strengths and/or weaknesses, prior bar exam preparation work (if any), applicant’s intended bar exam test-taking date(s), any potential outside time commitments, and any other relevant factors.
A Personalized Schedule setting forth applicant's curriculum of study from start to finish including: (1) a customized and pre-planned schedule for each 1-on-1 tutoring session with BarPrep expert Kim (typically done in 3-4-hour sessions); (2) course materials to be reviewed prior to, and after completion of each 1-on-1 tutoring session; (3) deadlines for submitting practice essays for review; and (4) any additional BarPrep work deemed necessary after assessment and evaluation of applicants individual needs.
12 Essay-Specific, 1-on-1 Tutoring Sessions. Applicants will meet 1-on-1 with BarPrep expert and instructor Kim to go over all 12 essay-tested subjects, covering 1 subject for each individual tutoring session (typically done in 2-hour sessions). All 17 subjects on the written portion of the exam are covered and learned throughout the 12 sessions (some subjects are combined in one session). For each 1-on-1 session reviewing one essay-tested subject, applicants will: (1) learn the substantive law as tested on the writing portion of the exam; (2) acquire advanced issue-spotting techniques tailored to real bar exam essay questions; (3) have an in-depth understanding of legal concepts and how such concepts are to be applied; (4) learn effective time management strategies; (5) discover the tactical techniques and Secret Approach to writing for that particular subject reviewed; and (6) acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully prepare them for the written portion of the bar exam.
7 MBE-Specific, 1-on-1 Tutoring Sessions Applicants will meet 1-on-1 with Kim for all MBE-tested subjects for a total of 7 times, covering 1 subject for each individual tutoring session (typically done in 2-hour sessions). For each 1-on-1 tutoring session focused on one MBE-tested subject, applicants will: (1) learn the substantive law for that specific MBE subject as tested using our one-of-a-kind Prep2Pass MBE outlines; (2) discover effective-elimination tactics and strategies to each type of question; (3) learn how to properly read and correctly answer MBE questions; and (4) engage in 1-on-1 MBE practice with Kim to become familiar with and learn all the various and endless MBE-specific rules and nuances tested on the various topics tested within each MBE-subject, and (5) master the art of properly answering any MBE question on the exam.
Full Access to Course Materials. Applicants will be provided with all course materials, including BarPrepTactic’s concise and streamlined outlines for every essay and MBE-tested subject.
BarPrepTactics Essay-Structuring Blueprint. Applicants will be provided with BarPrepTactics Essay-Structuring Blueprint to proper essay-writing for all the 17 essay subjects tested on the writing portion of the exam. This includes a 1-on-1 detailed analysis of issues and rules tested on all the specific topics and areas within each subject, proper formatting, essay-writing structure, and learning the various shortcuts for maximum efficiency on the writing portion of the exam.
1-On-1 Essay-Deconstruction Drills. Following each 1-on-1, essay-specific tutoring session with Kim, applicants will be tasked with targeted practice exercises designed to evaluate their understanding and competency in the specific subject matter covered during the session.
20 Graded Essays with Actual, Constructive Feedback. Throughout the course, Applicants will be assigned 20 specifically-selected essay questions to complete and to be submitted for grading and review, utlizing BarPrepTactics Secret Approach and essay-structuring blueprint.
1-On-1 Instruction Makes Perfect. We believe that only real-time interactions can ensure full understanding and successful implementation. For that reason, Kim provides comprehensive support and guidance to applicants throughout their BarPrep from start to finish, including regular check-ins to gauge understanding, identifying strengths and weaknesses, offering personalized guidance, tracking overall progress, and giving targeted strategies for improvement if needed.
Performance Check-Ins. Kim engages in systematic evaluations of applicants' overall progress and performance to ensure they have a clear grasp and understanding of the subject material and how it's tested or applied on the exam, pinpointing areas of strength and weakness, and offering tailored strategies for each applicant's specific needs to ensure they're on the right track.
1 Simulated Mock Exam. Applicants will be provided with one simulated practice exam consisting of 5 essay questions, 1 PT, and one set of 200 MBE questions. After completion and submission of the simulated mock exam, applicants will have a personalized 1-on-1 review session with Kim for an extensive analysis and review of their written responses and gain invaluable feedback on overall performance including detailed strategies for areas of improvement.
